In this document, "Platform" refers to da444's website, applications, and all associated digital services. "Member" refers to any registered user who operates an active account. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and financial services provided through da444.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Account Creation Terms

• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Verification Process

For account verification, da444 may request a copy of a government-issued ID such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Completing identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.

3.1 Deposits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at da444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Payment Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. da444 will never ask members directly by phone or email for their password or payment PIN. If you receive such a request, it may be a fraud attempt.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at da444 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The bonus may only be claimed once — each member will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• Restrictions on specific games or categories may apply when using a bonus.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• da444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, da444 may cancel the bonus.

da444's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's activity on the platform. da444 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms, and members will be informed before any changes take effect.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on da444 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using cheats, bots, or any automated software in games is strictly prohibited.
• Using another member's account or sharing account credentials is prohibited.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members is prohibited.

6.3 Special Rules for Live Games

Additional terms may apply to participants in live games from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with da444's policy.

da444 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following general rules apply to betting:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, though da444 reserves the right to cancel a bet in specific circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a dispute arises over the result of an event, da444's decision will be considered final.
• In the case of an odds error, da444 reserves the right to amend or cancel the bet.

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms or fraud is found.
• If it is proven that an account was created using false information.
• If it is confirmed that the same individual is operating multiple accounts.

• If cooperation with the verification process is refused.
